At PROMATTOO, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you're not happy with your placemats, table mats, or mouse pads, we're here to help.
Returns & Refunds
- You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return eligible items for a refund
- Items must be unused, in original condition, and in original packaging
- Custom or personalized items cannot be returned unless defective
How to Request a Return

- We'll provide return instructions and address
- Ship the item back within 7 days of receiving return authorization
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days after we receive your return
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the item is defective
Damaged or Defective Items
- Contact us immediately with photos of the damage
- We'll arrange a replacement or full refund including shipping costs
